You settle into a quiet, dimly lit private observation room with a zero-gravity recliner. After baseline blood pressure and vitals are checked by Yolanda Kendall, CMA, you self-administer the SPRAVATO® nasal spray under direct clinical guidance.
Calm, Monitored Neuroplastic Window
Over the next two hours, you relax with soothing music, an eye mask, and a warm blanket while our medical team checks your blood pressure at 40 minutes and monitors your comfort. Temporary dissociation or perceptual lightness typically peaks around 40 minutes and resolves before discharge.
Induction (Weeks 1–4) & Maintenance
After Dr. Matzkin or our clinical team confirms your stability at the 2-hour mark, you are discharged to your arranged ride home (no driving until the next day after restful sleep). Standard induction is twice weekly for Weeks 1–4, then weekly in Weeks 5–8.
